Valcor is an independent measurement and verification firm. This site is operated by Valcor. You can reach us at rfozdar@valcorhq.com.

When you submit the assessment request form, we collect the information you provide: work email, organization, role, audience category, facility size band, utility or balancing authority, and any free-text objective you include. We also record the time of submission and any UTM parameters present in the URL.

When you visit the site, our analytics provider records aggregate pageview and event data (page path, referrer, browser and country at a country level). We do not use cookies to identify you personally, and we do not build advertising profiles.

We use form submissions to respond to your request, to prepare for a first conversation, and to keep an internal record of the engagement. We use analytics data to understand which parts of the site are read and to improve them.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for marketing to unrelated parties. Facility-level details you provide are treated as confidential business information and are shared only with people at Valcor working on your engagement.

Form submissions are delivered by email to Valcor and stored by our email provider. The website is hosted by our hosting provider. Analytics are processed by our analytics provider. These providers process data on Valcor's behalf under standard commercial terms.

We retain form submissions and related correspondence for as long as is reasonably needed to serve the engagement and to keep an internal record of prior contacts, and then for a reasonable additional period consistent with normal business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted by writing to rfozdar@valcorhq.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this notice as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
